I love my bloom I got the berry flavor. Personally I like using juice or some milk to mix it in. I don’t really like how it taste with water lol but that’s just a me thing. I’ve been taking this for a while now but I saw results in a couple weeks. Especially when it comes to my periods I have notice that it helps ALOT with my cramps and feeling bloated. My periods aren’t as heavy and it just makes it tolerable :)

So I barely write reviews , because I’m too lazy to come back and write something.I had to for this product.I’ve been using this product for over a month and I am obsessed.I’ve been wanting to add greens to my diet for a while but was skeptical and didn’t know which one to go with. This one was on a good prime day deal and this brand is everywhere so decided to try.I just want to address the number one complaint I saw… which was the amount that comes in the container. First of all in the description it explains why it looks like it is half full after packaging. Second, I got this on July 11th and been using it everyday. It is Aug 24th and I still have at least a weeks worth left. So a product that said 30 servings has given me way more. The container doesn’t look completely full but has more than enough in it.I got the strawberry kiwi and taste is not bad at all. A little sweet but I just add more water and it’s perfect. Not super grainy, blends well. Again I just add more water if it seems too grainy .I have been super backed up , while taking glp-1 and this even helped better than mag07! It has helped me become more regular and has helped with bloating so much! I usually drink it later in the day and when I wake up I feel so good. I used to wake up so bloated . Not sure I’ve noticed a difference in my energy but definitely over all gut health for sure!! I definitely feel that the price is expensive and will probably wait until its on deal again but it’s worth the hype for sure!! I absolutely love it and so glad I gave it a try. If you see it on deal and have been wanting to try.. GO FOR IT!!

This was recommended to me from a friend since I suffer from stomach problems. It really did help with my digestion and bloating. I felt a little bit more alert / focused if I took it in the morning, but also not much of difference if I took it at night. I felt like I was getting all the nutrients I was missing. I wish that the price was lower because I don't feel like we got a lot for the price. Other than that the quality was enough I guess.

I do not get the hype for this green powder, I really wanted to like it because they have quite a few flavor options but after trying the strawberry kiwi flavor today in water (I know some people prefer juice but I prefer water for my green powders and I don't want the added sugar of juice) it was sickeningly sweet. Once I mixed the powder into the water I could smell an almost starburst candy scent and knew this wouldn't be the right product for me. It is my fault for not checking to see that the bloom powder is sweetened with stevia, however I am normally able to ignore the artificial sweetener taste when there is not too much, which is not the case here. Anyway, if you like sweet juices and sugary soda or are okay mixing this into juices and smoothies, this may be a better option for you to get your nutrients, but if you are sensitive to super sweet artificial flavors and intend for this to go in water, I would not recommend.
