Great Device
I like the fact of having my medical information on my person at all times in case it is needed. It covers quite a bit of information that doctors would be asking of you and if you cant recall or unable to answer it will be right there in black and white.

This is a lousy idea
This is a lousy idea. No hospital IT person in their right mind would stand still for having a USB stick from an unknown source plugged into a system that they maintain. Anyone could use such a device to compromise the entire system . . . either to take it down completely or, with the right malware, rape the information and send it wherever they wanted it. Stick to plain old paper and update it frequently. Keep it with your other ID, and you're golden.

The forms are basic, and no security. This is as advertised, so is what I expected.

Everyone with any medical condition needs one of these.
Does everything my wife wanted. The installed software provides for a complete listing of medical information. I guess I need to order myself one now.

Just OK
Ok, but not much room on the USB Drive. Only 60.7 MB remaining on the drive for data input. Also the form is small and hard for me to read.
