Highlighting Foil Roll with Black Dispenser Starter Kit [Misc.]

Really happy with this dispenser. Looks so much better than the cardboard box. Very easy to use and cuts foil perfectly.

I had been looking for a "second hand" for foiling. Saw this item and thought I'd give it a try and love it. Its heavy enough to not tip over of fall off my station.
