Pretty expensive but worth it! When moving the bag it slides so easily and smooth. Locks are super convenient and easy to turn. Works perfectly.

Very sturdy, high quality, and smooth action! It takes some work to install this mount, but ounce it's up you won't regret it. The roller is very smooth and quiet. It's easy to move the bag, you just need a step-stool to disengage and engage the brakes.

Great rolling I beam for punching bag!
I bought this item to help better organize my garage to allow me to use my bag without being in the middle of my garage. Was able to put up by myself but recommend two people. Love this item and how easy it was to put up and use. Thank you.
