Yes, it can be used with both the Teensy 4.0 and 4.1.

Q: does this work on teensy 4.1?

I’ve used it with a 4.0. According to the manufacturer it is supposed to work with the 4.0 and 4.1.

Q: Will this work with arduino mega?

This audio adapter board is a shield specifically made to work with the Teensy 4.0 Microcontroller Development board. It is not designed to work with an Arduino Mega.

Q: Are you still selling Rev D or are you now selling D2?

We only have the Rev D2 version. My understanding is that due to component shortages, the Rev D version is no longer available.
