Excellent Product
Well made and easy to install. The only issue was it was delivered without the battery that was supposed to come with it. No positive response from their customer service.

Missing battery
One of the locks was missing battery.

Battery is missing
The battery is missing. I ordered replacement and received within 2 days but the battery is missing from that as well. Also the box was not sealed and open. Please don’t buy this product. Surprised that Yale is such a brand and has quality issues.

Undocumented or non highlighted features of the product
Master password must be used only when user password has been forgotten. When you use master password for unlocking, user password is reset to the factory set password 1234. This fact was not documented anywhere in the user manual.Again this lock has features of public mode (guest mode) and code scrambling functions which were given in the user mannual but not highlighted in the product features.

Easy to use, good look
Not heavy quality but das the job well. All the futures are working well and no need to hide key. If used for cupboard with 2 doors 1 door has to be always kept closed with f.e bolt before using lock.

The product is a 5+ product however the installation requires a mechanic to do this
