Can I use it as a lotion？Or it can only be use for diaper rash？

Thank you for reaching out here! Our Diaper Rash Cream was not formulated to be used as a lotion, so we recommend using it only for it's intended purpose. We hope this helps!

What is the gritty ingredient in this product? Mine has a slight gritty texture.

Thank you for reaching out here! The granules you are noticing in your Diaper Rash Cream tube are safe. It's the beeswax solidifying due to temperature variations. We recommend storing it at room temperature. Thank you!
