Ginger Girl - Natural Shampoo for Natural Redheads

Q: I am sensitive to fragrances and smells. Are there any artificial fragrances or perfumes in this? What does it smell like?

Hi there! No artificial anything in here :-) The only scent is of ginger from a small amount of ginger oil.

Q: I am a strawberry blonde with medium hair and a dry scalp. This won’t dye my lighter blonder streaks will it? Thank you.

I also have strawberry blonde hair but mine is more on the thinner and oily side, so I have to shampoo daily but I also use conditioner since my hair is curly. I didn't notice any difference to the blonde streaks in my hair that I could tell but it did seem to make the red a little more vibrant, not a huge amount of difference, it's very subtle which I was wanting, at first, I was nervous because I've never colored my hair and I will be 50 in a couple months. Recently I've noticed a few small amount of grey hairs and using the shampoo seemed to make those less noticeable. If you aren't looking for a huge change, I think you should try it, you will probably like it. Good luck!!

Q: I have golden brown hair with natural red highlights. I would love to enhance the coppery highlights. With this product work on my med brown hair?

You could certainly use it on your medium brown hair. In theory it would enhance your red highlights but we don’t have any testing on other hair colors specifically :-)

In my opinion it did. Loved the tone makes your red hair shine but it's not a color depositing shampoo.
