Although the first delivered machine the cable just stop working for no reason I contacted the supplier and sent me new one which is working till now and happy using it for 2 years now

I was using it well, but it suddenly broke down, so I sent an email to the customer center and they helped me replace it right away. It's the first time I've taken action so quickly in my life in Canada. Anyway, I don't know why mine broke, but my other friend used it without any problems. I think the price is reasonable and good for doing nails alone or using it in a shop. I recommend :)

I’ve bought this machine too many times, and each time it lasts less time... My last purchase was in June, and it stopped working just this week—it’s barely been two and a half months

Edit: I previously wrote a 1 star review but they had reached out and send me 2 replacement. So overall I’m very happy with their quick respond and customer service. Old review: I am so disappointed. I bought it in September and 2 months later it’s having problems. This should not happen considering this machine is almost $100. Very sad. This machine looks so pretty and had good reviews but reviews are primarily about good customer service due to malfunctioning machines. Wish I had realized that sooner so I could save $100:(

We received this item beginning of June 2023. It seemed like a good product it is lightweight and quiet and does a good job. However after 3 months it appears the hand wand has a broken wire (?) where it connects to the main unit and only works if you wiggle the wire. I have tried to contact someone at MelodySusie or Amazon but all I get is this item is no longar eligible for return even though I was looking to see if I could get another wand or wire or whatever. Buyer beware.

I bought this drill back in 2021 and I can honestly say it has and is still, serving me very well! I’m a full time professional nail tech so it definitely gets used almost 24/7. After a while the motor does get a little more loud but compared to my dust collector it’s really not an issue. It still holds battery like a champ. It’s very sturdy (I’ve definitely dropped the pen a couple times) but still works like a charm! I would highly recommend this drill for both beginner’s and professionals for what is basically a steal!
