I love this toilet. Period.The toilet came in one piece, no broken or missing parts. It came from Build.com, and they called me in advance to ensure I would be home to receive the package. I wasn't going to be home, so I just left a note for the delivery person and they placed it in my designated location. Be prepared that they will call you and don't ignore. I didn't expect a call and I didn't answer because I didn't recognize their number. They were going to cancel the order if I hadn't spoken to them.I read the reviews of people who had a bit of trouble with the installation. I hired a professional, problem solved.I also read the reviews of people who felt the toilet seat was uncomfortable. I don't linger on the toilet, but as I sit on it I think about the comfort and I think it's very comfortable. Yes, it's plastic and when I first saw it my immediate reaction was to replace it. But I probably won't, it serves it's purpose very well.The flush is very effective for both #1 and #2. I don't know if I'd describe it as quiet, but it is fast so the sound ends quickly. The tank refills immediately.As for the height, it's perfect for me. I'm 5'5" and my feet sit flat on the floor. It's easy on, easy off.Finally, it looks amazing. Beautiful (if a toilet can be beautiful) clean lines.I've been using the toilet for a couple weeks and I don't have a single complaint. Buy with confidence!

UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR OF OWNERSHIP: STILL WORKS LIKE A CHAMP! WONDERFUL ONE-FLUSH-ONLY DISPOSAL. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.I was a little skeptical about this purchase after reading mixed reviews about its performance. I had the exact same model in my home for 20 years and it was having difficulty removing waste on the first flush. Often taking two flushes sometimes three. It had the same tank capacity. Only difference is it was 20 years old and did not have the new flush system. I took a chance knowing I could return it if it didn’t work.I am absolutely blown away by how well it removes waste on the first flush. Actually uses less water too. The old one had the old flapper valve and took a long time to drain infill. This one flushes in seconds and refills very quickly.

Have had it for two months. I needed a toilet that was less than 30" high to fit under an extended counter top, to replace a '70s American Standard silent, low seat, toilet (that just used too much water). This is less than 29" high (tank) so it fit just right. Seat is higher than the old one, which is good. Apart from being 100 lbs., it was easy to install by myself and works perfectly. Very quiet, quick, and efficient, not to mention nice looking. Came with decently sturdy plastic seat. All round very good deal.

This toilet looks sleek, modern, and beautiful. The picture does not do it justice. I replaced a normal height one piece toilet with this higher model. Once you have a one piece toilet, you will not want to have a two piece again because of the appearance. Even the tank lid fits flush all the way around and does not hang over the top of the tank like a regular lid.I received it within three business days of ordering and the polite freight driver parked it inside my home where I asked him to. That beats curbside delivery hands down! I get lots of deliveries and you do not want to have to lug a 90 lb toilet from the street into your home or business. When I arrived home the day it was installed I walked into the bathroom and was struck by how nice it looked. Other than opening the top of the box upon arrival to make sure that it was not broken, I had not seen it out of the box. It shipped complete with the tank parts and toilet seat. You will only need to supply a wax ring and connection hose to the wall.The bowl size is quite large - much larger appearing than my older toilet. When you flush it, the bowl completely empties and I have not had to flush twice. I am very satisfied regarding the performance of this toilet. The flush handle is not near the front of the tank. It's on the side, so if you are not great at reaching, this might not be for you.Now for the only downside - the seat digs into your legs/thighs when you sit on it - LOL! I will explain: The toilet seat that comes with it is also sleek looking and was probably designed to go with this model toilet. It is not even width all the way around. It's an elongated seat and the back part is wider and it narrows towards the front. It almost feels like you are sitting on a railing. I am 5' 3 so maybe if I were taller this would not be a problem. I own another high height (cheap Glacier Bay Home Depot) toilet in my business and there is not a "pain" issue when sitting down. I have had this installed for about three weeks and I have not gotten used to this yet. Normally a person would have by now. I suppose replacing the seat is an option, however, part of the appearance of this toilet is the sleekness and specially designed seat.Overall, it's a beautiful toilet and I am pleased that I bought it.

I ordered this toilet almost a month ago. It came quickly the first time but it was broken. The replacement came quickly but it was broken. The second replacement (third toilet) came quickly but was again broken. this time it was in more than 5 separate shattered pieces. WHAT A FIASCO !!!! They have had my money for almost a month and now they say it will take 2-3 business days to get the refund put on my credit card !!! They didn't even offer any kind of compensation for my frustration and for all the phone calls I've had to make to rectify this disastrous order. In total I can count 11 phone calls (most of them including waiting time) that i have made to arrange re-orders, freight companies, driver, etc. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND PURCHASE THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT FROM SOMEBODY ELSE !!!

Amazing product and LOVE the colour. Arrived in perfect condition and lightening fast delivery. Beats the two broken ones I waited three months for from Home Depot.

This heavy toilet was dropped off at my door a several pieces… and now I’m told I will need to pay to ship back the broken toilet????? This doesn’t seem right.
