So I want to start off by saying I lose weight very slowly: I have insulin resistance. On top of that I have a sports injury that requires 6+ months of absolutely no exercise (even the lightest!). However this product coupled with green tea extract really helps me keep weight OFF, as well as gradually (very slowly) lose fat mass. BUT CLA takes 2-3 months to start taking effect so keep that in mind if you're interested. This is 1 of the CLA supplements where I felt the effectiveness without imbalance in my hormonal levels (I'm female).
