I am quite sure I found the size chart. I ordered the largest one they have which is L/XL My waist is 50# and this stabilizer is just perfect. It gives me the support I need when I am on my feet a lot. I have a Fused 2-5 Vertabre back with pain most of the time. only problem so far is that it is hot to wear direct on skin in the summertime I was thinking of ordering a second one since I wash this one often. definitely recommend.

The back of the box says that trouser size does not apply. Small/medium is 29 to 39 inches, Large/extra large is 39 to 50 inches and 2x large/3x large is 50 to 60 inches. I can tell you that Mr. MVP has a waist size of 38 and the L/extra large fits him!
