What I got was the actual Weishi 1000

Q: Does this device have any issues auto detecting co axial movements or testing them. I know a lot of Omega co axial devices use 25,200 bph?

It detects and analyzes my Seasmaster Pro co-axial absolutely fine. Very impressive stats too...mine was showing 331 degrees , 0ms beat error and between 0 and +1s per day.

Q: Ac volts input required?

As others stated, 90 to 240 volt, 50 to 60 Hz. Standard American plug but should work anywhere with plug adapter.

Q: Can this be used for pocket watches?

Yes, but you will be limited by the width/diameter of the pocket watch. If its under 50mm it should fit and give you accurate readings.
