Waste of money I had 2 scoops in one day and didn’t put me in ketones, I bout a strip tester that shows my ketones levels and it’s very accurate.Took first scoop and the second one after another 4 hrs and still no signs of ketone levels.

I normally don’t write a review for any product but thought I’ll share what I thought about the keto plus. I normally buy pruvit keto os but came across this product on amazon and thought hick for the price let’s try it out. Cost 1/2 the price of the keto os and it’s a 30day supply. So fare it’s day one and I like the energy it gives me and the taste is pretty good. Took the drink and 20mins later I tested my ketone leave and I was in ketosis I don’t know how long it’ll keep my body in ketosis but as for now I will give it a 4⭐️.. definitely will recommend to anyone who is looking to start or boost there keto lifestyle...

Changed my life literally . I know this seems like an over exaggerated review but trust and believe , I don’t write reviews unless I’m absolutely thrilled with the results or the product . I recently restarted my keto journey in January 25th , I have been on Keto SEVERAL times before but never have I ever been this energized and focused . I have mental clarity that I have NEVER had before . Before this new journey , I was depressed and beyond sedentary. Incorporating this into my keto lifestyle was the best decision I’ve ever made . Not only for myself but for my three children . They love this new energized mommy !

I did research on keytones before purchasing and deemed these to be highly trusted according to reviews. It doesn’t disappoint! Ordered and received my second shipment today. I have struggled with a sugar addiction my whole life and I am a muncher. This product has helped fight my cravings and I am blown away with the success. I’ve been drinking for 3 weeks once a day, every now and then twice a day. My sugar crave is nonexistent. I’ve not had my favorite Diet Coke in 3 weeks, no desire. No candy and very few sweets. I’m truly not hungry ! I’m down 11lbs and thrilled. Hopeful that it will continue to work for my weight loss.Well 3 weeks later and 12 pounds… I ordered my second canister. It tasted completely different and disgusting, I can’t get any help from any customer service and can’t drink this stuff…. Totally bummed .

The taste is to each their own. I'm a veteran who's tried god-only-knows how many supplements during my service days. I consider myself having reasonable expectations concerning flavor. This is pretty good when you mix it with icy cold, sparkling water. Now to the point that matters: it works. It raised my ketone blood level by .3 points in less than an hour. As for intermittent fasting, do not try drinking it during your fast. It will certainly raise your levels. However, I tested it out and after the spike my levels decreased by .1 from my starting measurement (before drinking). Don't let that swerve you from trying this product though. I now drink it to break my fast before I eat. My weight loss has since sped up about 20-25%. Lastly, this is the first supplement I've ever taken that actually does what it says it will do. My advice is to know when and how to take it based on your diet and needs. This is now a part of my everyday routine. I tend to get a little shaky with a small cup of coffee. This product gives me the energy without the shakes. I highly recommend this for those on the keto diet or intermittent fasting. It's a great addition to those lifestyles.
