Apple with Cinnamon flavor good
Just add one sachet in a cup with hot water. And eat it early in the morning and you will not feel hungry for a long time, in addition, you must drink a lot of water. There are many flavors: chocolate flavor, strawberry flavor, cream flavor and (apple with cinnamon flavor) and this is my favorite.
