Humanity is everyone’s responsibility
I think this book should be required reading for everyone. It reminds us that we all have a responsibility to try to understand each other beyond face value and without prejudice. I’ve recommended this to so many people. What Gladwell’s research uncovers about policing resonates and helps to explain the challenging news stories we hear about daily.
