I still can't accept that I left my GoPro 7 behind and it is gone forever. It was my favorite and used it for everything, so it is a shocker that it doesn't readily turn up when looking for it. It doesn't, and there is that constant reminder in the back of my head that I just might have left it behind. No doubt, long after this world self-destructs, some Ape will pick it off a rock, probably right where I left it.So I had to find a new camera and newer models were already being produced, but a newer GoPro meant I would need to stock up on the newer style batteries and a new set of filters since everything for the Hero 7 was now outdated. It also meant if I wanted to replace my Hero 7, that it was now only available in a bundle of items, most of which I already had five times over, and at a price over $600. Nonsense! So I waited and finally saw an ad for a new Hero 7 at the same price when it was new. No unwanted extras included, and I bought it and am now once again using my Hero 7 just like before with complete success.I don't know why some people say the Hero 7 doesn't work for them. Mine have always worked perfectly and are very reliable, and even records a better video.New buyers should probably go for the latest model because every new model receives some sort of improvement. Just don't leave it behind someplace. If you are real lucky, then you might even find one that somebody accidently forgot about and left behind.

The GoPro Hero 7 Black is a great action camera. Delivers high quality video while moving, with multiple mounting devices and methods available. I purchased a magnetic mount to record video on my Polaris RZR UTV, and the camera delivered excellent quality video while driving off-road over rough terrain at high speed! The magnetic mount is a great option since you can mount it to any iron-containing material or you can separate the two magnets and position one on one side of a non-magnetic surface (e.g. windshield, clothing, etc.) and then mount the camera with attached magnet on the opposite side...quick, easy and clean! I was a little disappointed in camera battery life (about 1 hour of video on a full charge); however I was prepared for this by reading previous reviews, and purchased the camera with 2 batteries included and an additional 3 batteries purchased separately.

Bought this for my wife she wanted to see how many steps or distance she was walking at work. Since it does what she wants it to do she's happy so I'm happy.

For having this only a few weeks now, I'm 100% satisfied with it overall. However, I found out after having it and checking into the whole "use as a webcam" feature, it can ONLY be done with an Apple computer, via BETA software, and isn't possible without a capture card setup over USB C to DisplayPort... Would have been good to read that in here instead of GoPro's site... But I digress.It's pretty fantastic. I've used it as a dashcam (primary reason I purchased), mounted as a body cam on my vest, and both uses it takes absolutely phenomenal videos with. The stabilization while driving is superb, very much some of the best video I've taken in the car with any camera, even when pushing the limits of driving quite a lot, allowing for crystal clear videos. There's some oddness with the sound pickup, at times, but I think that's something to do with the included surround case being shifted around just enough to obstruct the microphone ports. When it isn't having that issue, the sound is as superb and clean as the video is.I've gotten it splashed with water, gotten dirt on it, and other things I may be hesitant to do with other cameras or devices. It cleans up easily and quickly with either a few drops of water and soft cloth, paper towel or napkin, and cleans up fastest with electronic cleaning wipes (aka, 50/50 split of 50% rubbing alcohol and water, works perfect especially).The downside is that the quality settings, resolution settings, are very minimalist. It can not dive below 1080p in any mode. The result is all video files are absolutely MASSIVE, even at 30fps, but especially at 60fps. And, it will split the video file every 17 minutes, making the max file sizes the most compatible at 3.8GB, just shy of the 4GB max to allow for use on almost all computer file systems without any issues... Which is good, but for my PC, wasn't necessary, and there's no way to change it from doing so.The battery life isn't terrible, it can take about an hour and a half solid of 1440p/60fps video before it's close to flat.There are some points where I have various software glitches, both on the iPad app and on the camera itself, but nothing so major that I'll tick a star for it. 9/10 times I have zero issues with it and the one off is easy to resolve, so, I'll let that go.I'll most certainly invest in a higher tier model for my next one, no doubt, as they do actually get better up the product range in pretty substantial ways, but this was an extremely solid entry point for an action camera and it's going to see a whole heck of a lot of use.

Hello, I barely received my GoPro 7 and I do like the look and feel of this product! The only issue I have is the description of this item is completely false in stating that its a 4k model, to which I found out that this is only 1080p (which I'm ok with) and also one more note.... There is no way to access the battery... so no use in ordering spar batteries... this particular GoPro is charge by the wire only. I tested the video quality and it is superb! I also checked the anti shock of the video control and noticed it worked pretty good. I'll definitely update after riding with it on my helmet on my motorcycle.Other than the false description and lack of battery options, I'm satisfied with my purchase!

I have always bought the cheap action cameras thinking I was saving money..I finally got tired of fuzzy videos and camera cards getting corrupt and loosing video. I decided to take a chance and go for this camera. I now can't live without it...I mean I literally can't make a living without it. I use it my action videos on one of my you tube channels and I use it for daily vlogs in my other channel. The video is always excellent...(note..). Ever once in a while it shuts off without warning, but that has not been a problem because the beeping is loud enough that you know it went off. I simply turn it back on and start where I left off. .great camera and don't need a box for it since it's water proof already. Less stuff to carry around and that is always a good thing

Es un kit totalmente original con su base para montar la cámara y sus tres pilas. El protector de silicon queda perfecto pero debo decir que asi como se ve en la imagen, no tiene abierto donde va la pantalla frontal.Fuoer cámara a super precio

Es una excelente cámara, muy buena calidad de foto y video. El problema es que se calienta mucho, la batería solo llega a durar 1 hora. No viene con memoria SD. Pero es una cámara muy buena para grabar e incluso para transmitir en directo.

I thought it didn’t come in the housing as it is not advertised on the ad but it does. Unfortunately I had already bought a separate one from a different seller.Works like it should and had no problems with the camera in any of the many modes. Touch screen works perfectly and so does the video stabilisation. The voice commands work most the time you just need to be very clear but they are very handy to have.The extra battery is a must as you don’t get a long battery life if you are constantly turning it on and off.I bought a seperate 256gb sd card which has given me up to 8 hours of video storage. The camera does not come with one so don’t buy it without already having or ordered an sd card!

El paquete tardo casi 1 mes en llegar, cuando llego la.caja estaba abierta, mal sellada, faltaba producto y la cámara estaba rota, me enoje mucho, tardo mucho en llegar, cuando llego fue una desilusión, solo quiero mi dinero y me iré a comprar a otro lado.
