I had faced a similar problem and the sensor had stopped working after 11-12 days and it also came off all by itself. When I raised a complaint they said that the reader I have was purchased from Singapore and the patches are being bought from Amazon India. Hence they cannot replace the sensors. I'm totally surprised as the reader registers the sensor and it takes one hour to match up with the sensor. If both are not compatible it should nor register or acknowledge the sensor at the first place. We need to take up the matter with Amazon and Abbott.
