I bought this book because I am planning a trip to Colorado and was looking for "different" things to do. Anyone can go to the main attractions but I was wanting to see some off the beaten path things or find out about some things that happened that most people may not know. This book was good for that. I found it very interesting.I bought this book used and it was in very good condition. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.

I saw this book at a local coffee shop and I fell in love with it. I love reading about the history of Colorado. There were things in this book that I really did not know about. I am a native of Colorado (3rd generation Coloradan) and have lived here for 30+ years with my family being from other parts of Colorado. This is a great book to have on your coffee table if you are from Colorado, live in Colorado or are planning a trip to Colorado.It is entertaining, full of pictures and full of great short stories that it will keep you reading. I loved it so much that I bought "Weird Colorado" and "Weird Kentucky" for my mother-in-law and she loved her books. She's from Kentucky but lives in Colorado Springs.Great little book to have around. Good buy!

Had to return because I forgot to take on my trip so was brand new.

I absolutely love this book....every bit of it. I have lived in Colorado now for almost 18 years and enjoyed reading about the heroes/ villians, legends, celebrations, etc... (I am still reading it as I am going cover to cover!) I liked the size of the text and even all of the color photos as it makes you feel like the stories are coming to life. I look forward to planning future trips around the state. Love it!

This book is fun to read, but dont buy it for destinations. Some places are closed and you cant get to anymore. Its outdated.
