Great customer service
Great customer service!I purchased an add-on camera for my DXR-8 Pro back in January 2025. It worked very well initially, but the image quality dropped significantly after a few months. I contacted customer service and received a replacement unit immediately after I provided the necessary information. The whole process was very easy and convenient. Really appreciate that the customer service representative going above and beyond to help us address the issue with the product so quickly!

I needed an extra camera since my baby is crawling more and will be walking real soon. Love this brand. Great quality overall. Easy to use and nice features. Sound quality is impressive as well as its functionality. Recommend this brand.

Great value, clear picture, easy to use!
So easy to add to my existing infant optics pro camera! It operates just like the one that came in the original package. It does have a lens for wide angle but I have not tried that yet. I love that this also can tell the room temp which is peace of mind without having to even enter the room to check on baby. I also like that this one can not be hacked into off of WiFi. Also, we live on a half acre and it has INCREDIBLE range. We love this camera! It also has great clear imaging.

Easy add on. A little pricey but you get what you pay for
Connected easy. Great to add second camera to screen. Makes it very easy to monitor two kids at once. Expensive but only monitor we have had that works well.
