Weird smell, caused my ears to burn, good overall 4/5
From attached photo it had the bottom label covering the top label, I peeled back. Guessing it was one vendor reselling another's product, nothing underhanded imho the price was still very reasonable.I don't know what is in them that I might be allergic to but when I got them the first time I put them in and they were very good at fitting my large ear canals and not be too much pressure added (most large ones I've found are too rigid and these were very marshmallowy) However they had an odd smell that I can't describe (not typical made in china smell though, not trying to give offense but some factory products there which are porous just absorb a lot of pollutants). After only two hours of having them in my ears I was getting a burning sensation so I took them out and went to wash my ears and the ear buds. Gently washed with hand soft soap and warm water I haven't had a problem since and they only lost a little of their "memory-foam_ability", still fit comfortably and make a good seal. Very happy with my purchase overall, only taking one star off the comfort/overall rating because of the burning sensation. Ears were flaking skin for a few days after but has stopped, I can only imagine I must have been mildly allergic to something, I don't think it was an intentional part of the product to damage anyone's ears so don't think I'm writing this to negatively impact the product/seller.

I would go a size down. Also, other considerations...
Maybe it's this particular brand or shape, but even though they look like a medium when next to a rubber medium, they do not fit in the ear as nicely as a medium rubber because they are more dense. You squish them and want to stick them in like a foam ear plug but they're too short and wide and they fall out, especially if you're like me and you wear them to bed while listening to whatever, to drown out your noisy neighbors when you try to sleep. They're mostly pretty good for that - except when they fall out. They also start to crumble after about a month or two of wear, depending on your frequency - I only wear them at bedtime. The first pair, a piece of foam broke off into my ear. I had to use a tweezer to get it out. Luckily, it was a big enough piece that it was not really in the ear canal, my finger and thumb just were a little too big for that part of my ear. This did not stop me from using my second pair. After about a month, they started to noticeably crack, so I didn't wait until the crumble stage and now I'm on my third pair.I'll keep using them until they're gone. They're not perfect but even though the plug hole is round, it will fit around my obnoxiously oval stubs for my earbuds. I did research brands to make sure they would work. Perhaps the oval shape contributes in a way to the demise after only about a month. Ultimately though, for the price, and for how long you actually wear your rubber earbuds with no sound isolation, the cost and overall duration is pretty fair.I normally wear the medium rubber tops but I will not buy medium foam tops again. I will size down to a more oblong small size. If that doesn't remedy the falling out of the ear issue at night, then I won't buy these again as I like a full-bodied balanced treble sounds in conjunction with bass. The foam tops accentuate bass even more than the already bass heavy earbuds with rubber tips that ruin treble but yet somehow dominate the retail market.

Comfortable but not as good as the last ones I got
I had some that came with my earbuds that were spectacular. These are good, but don't cut sound. I've got whippoorwills that camp out on my back porch in the spring and summer. While they make a lovely soothing sound from 100 yards away or so, when they are at your window, they are viscous hell beast bent on keeping you up all night. I got these so I could listen to waves or thunderstorms on youtube to help cut the noise. They cut probably 60% of the noise which isn't quite enough. With the old tips I could keep the sound down almost all the way, with these I have to keep it pretty loud to drown out the birds.

Great fit. Stays in your ears.

Ok but no different than others
They work OK. Nothing special. Not really large enough for me.

Foam tips should be stock for ear buds, silicon is terrible.
This is my second time buying these, they work awesome, increased bass and they stay in your ears better than silicon buds. I get a couple months out of each pair because they rip and tear but they're made of foam so you can't expect them to last forever. Out of all three sizes of foam ear buds the small seem to work the best for me. I originally got these for some off brand wireless ear buds and they worked perfect. However they will not work with my new Galaxy buds without some modification. Just have to cut them in half, put a teeny tiny bit of glue inside the tip and they will work just as good. Throw away your silicon tips and buy these.

Fits well on a MPOW D9
It fits well on my MPOW D9, which has 0.5mm speakers. It would have been better a smaller speaker hole to make it perfect because when I take the earbuds from my ear the tips stay inside my ear but it doesn't bother me much.

A nice suprise
I bought a set of bluetooth earbuds, and of course the tips they included didn't fit my ears well. Bought some of the Shure foam tips to try, but the inner tube was so stiff, it would not fit over the nozzles, no matter what I tried, and they got returned. I saw these listed (for a LOT less $$), and decided to order the mediums and risk it. As it turns out, these fit the bill quite nicely! They seem of good quality, and the inner plastic tube is flexible enough to easily fit over mine. They are soft foam, so I just squeezed them a bit and popped them in, with a nice acoustic seal in my ears. I am very happy with my purchase.

falls off and gets stuck in my ears, also wears out quickly.
i really like the foam tip style ear buds, these ones seem like good quality at first but they quickly fall apart and need replacing. i have tried both sizes of ear bud and neither of them stay put on the headphones. i frequently get the foam tip stuck in my ear! the inner tube part of the ear bud just isn't tight or rigid enough (on either size) to keep it in place and it slips off when removing the headphones from my ears.

I wasn't too pleased about the quality and fit either
I run with my headphone about 3-4 times a week and had to replace the original earbud foam about 2 years in. These lasted about 6 months before they started falling apart. I wasn't too pleased about the quality and fit either. Would recommend that you probably invest in something slightly more expensive and better quality if you want something that lasts.

These are great for the price and fit well on my Brainwavz ...
These are great for the price and fit well on my Brainwavz M1 earphones.I knocked a star off because the memory effect isn't as good as that of other pads I've had in the past. This does mean that they might suit someone who doesn't like the foam to be too stiff.

just not the best for me
Bought as a cheaper alternative to Comply earbuds. I've been using them for a couple of months, and they wear out about as quickly as Comply ones, but you get more of them. They do compress very well to fit in your ear, but they always seem to slip out, they do seem to be very slick. I won't be buying any more when I use them all though, just not the best for me.

Just the ticket.
Perfect fit and lasts ages. Great sound isolation and comfort compared in Inars. And 1/2 the cost.
