Q: Do the increment markings wear off after time?

I’ve had a set for probably 6-7 years. The markings on my old set look exactly like they do on the new sets I purchased as gifts. The plastic center is very durable and does not show any scratches or wear from washing or use - and I do use mine a lot and toss them in the dishwasher. I don’t know if my original set is from the same manufacturer, but the sets look exactly the same. This is a favorite kitchen tool.

Yes, excellent quality! I love these and even got some for daughters. They are so much easier to use than the kind that are hooked together and you get two measurers of each size in two different shapes. Best measuring spoons I’ve ever had. I think you’ll love them. No sharp edges on mine!
