The sleep tracker isn’t great, but that’s not why I got the FitBit. I love everything else about it, and especially the sleep mode. But if you’re trying to get this FitBit because of the sleep tracker, I would recommend something else. I once read a review saying you couldn’t use anything if it was not close enough to your phone or iPad, but that is not true. I go away from my iPad all the time and can perfectly use the watch easily.

Doesn't track steps and the band is hard- too big for a 5in wrist. One thing I really loved however was the female tracker portion of the app!Edit/ Though this tracker wasn't for me, I wanted to update to say the seller has excellent customer service and is dedicated to making happy customers and fixing issues. They reached out to me saying they have improved their item after taking into consideration the feedback they've received. They refund or send replacements if you have an issue and are very kind!

I really like this tracker- I purchased another tracker- Mi band 5 after I got this. But I decided to return the Mi band and keep this one. I have owned this tracker for more than a month now. It helped me to exercise more. I really appreciate this tracker's simplicity in its design- there is no useless or redundant functions on the app or the panel.The slightly annoying thing is that it cannot really be turned off- at least mine cannot. But it's not a big problem. Since I have owned it; its benefit way exceeds its short-comings.I recommend this one to anyone who need a tracker yet is tight on budget.

Great watch works great but 1 down fall. I can't find replacement bands and after 2 months of minimal use the band is tuined

This watch was bought for my daughter's 11th birthday. She loved the watch and worked to her satisfaction until it would no longer charge. The watch was charged 2 times within a month until it would no longer charge or sync to the app. Convenient that the watch stopped working immediately after the 30 day return window expired. I am very upset for my daughter who was excited for her first fitness tracker watch. Would love to have a replacement watch for my daughter to enjoy but no way to contact the manufacturer and the return window to amazon has passed. I DO NOT recommend this product.

I bought this tracker for my 8 yr old daughter. It fits her wrist a little loose but she likes it. She looooves this and wears it all the time. I love that it charges directly into a charger without needing a charging cord and it charges pretty quickly. I don’t think it tracks sleep very well but she enjoys it.

The watch was for my granddaughter. Daughter said it didn't work, but she got it to work.

Brought this for my daughter. It unfortunately does not track steps accurately. She typically ends the day with 2000 to 3000 steps a day with this tracker, where with her previous tracker it was closer to 9000. We took a long walk together and I ended up with close to 6000 steps and she had 1200. Quite the difference!Good news is she likes the design and will continue to use it as a watch. Just stinks the tracker part doesn't really work well.
