Zero packaging but okay quality
The Arm comee just in bubble wrap that gives pretty bad first impression. No box no branding.Coming to shower arm, its good quality n i checked with magnet, its arms (straight & bend) are made of steel, but the arm's circular bend in front is iron with chrome plating. I hope rest is fine.Also the arm length from wall is around 18.5 inch with around 2.5 inch bend arm. So overall its NOT 24 Inch from wall but okay for my bathroom.Satisfied, IF it lasts long.

Good, but improvement should be done at 90 degree bend. My piece is defective. Seller should Replce it.

Suppliers supplied 9'' and 15'' instead of 12'' and 18''
The media could not be loaded. Careless mistake for saving the money they supplied with wrong sepicification 12''&18''As per photograph I requested for supplied of 9'' and12" with proper payment. Kindly replace them with requested specifications Or excess paid amount to be returned.

Shower arm.
OK now firstly I clear 1 thing that it's not really 24 inch arm its actual length is 20 inch with 3"1/2 inch bend but it's made of good quality heavy steel and finishing is really good and shiny with sturdy material. Go for it.
