We got these for two main reasons... 1. They are cute and have light up wheels!! 2. They are adjustable I’m size so we can use them longer.They do have plastic wheels, which is expected since they are light up. My daughter is used to regular roller skate wheels though so she is still trying to get used to this. For kids that are just starting out on skates they would be great. For kids that have been skating a while, they may not like the plastic wheels. The other piece that my daughter isn’t super fond of is the feeling inside. Since they are adjustable, it isn’t a solid padding and there are cute out in it. Again, to be expected for the style, but for kids who have been skating a while or who have sensitivity to the way things feel a watch out.Overall a great product and awesome concept!

The skates are cute and seen to be comfortable. The main issue I have with them is that you cannot tighten the wheels to make them roll less (which is what can be done when teaching small kids to skate for the first time). As they are, the wheels really roll very fast and there's no way to control that.

LOVE these skates! My 8 yr old son rarely takes them off! He skates around the house and if only for a week dropped the game controller to be timed how fast he can go.Highly recommend!!! It’s the new trend!!!

Bought for my kids..loved the fact they are adjustable. They are a bit heavy though. I must say though that the cigarette + smell of weed was so extremely overpowering we literally had to spray our garage and the skates with febreeze, still didn't work. After saturating them a 2nd time and leaving them out in the hot sun for an ENTIRE DAY the smell calmed down but still not completely gone. I have NEVER had a product smell like this before. Its not just a simple new item chemical smell. THEY HAVE GOT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT! LOVE the skates but lost stars for the INTENSE SMELL.

Got this for my 5 years old daughter. it was shipped very fast since I expected it was delivered after Christmas. But it was delivered before Christmas which surprised my daughter. Picture is true to color . My daughter is a beginner and she had no complaints of comfort. All the straps and laces kept her feet firmly in without hurting her feet. Adjustable feature can fit for her for 1 to 2 years. My daughter loves it.

Great little beginner skates. Comes with tools as you definitely need to adjust like all skates. The wheels come on factory tight so you will need to adjust. But my 8 year old was zipping around the park. Great initial investment as I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something he would just grow out of or forget about. The adjustment is easy. Reminds me of rollerblade boots on a skate frame. I was a bit worried they would be junk, they aren't. I mean if you are expecting high quality skates, these aren't them. These are great learning skates before you go crazy and invest in something that is super expensive for your kid. I mean, bearings, wheels, cushions, stops, plates and trucks, and the boots all add up, then trifold when kids are just growing through everything, so I much prefer this at home and just skate rentals at the rink.

My 5 year old loves them. They're adjustable, so they'll grow with him and they have great ankle support. Easy on and off, sturdy and comfortable, he wears them every day and has been able to learn how to quickly. I definitely recommend these for your little ones. The light up wheels are a fun bonus!
