This is a great walking stick, and it’s a favorite piece of my EDC kit. It’s beautiful, sturdy, comfortable, and well designed. It serves as a great walking stick, and I think it would be very effective in a defensive role. It is a great buy, and I’ve been using it daily. I can’t recommend it more highly!

Fantastic walking stick. I was looking for a solid wood walking stick/cane where the handle cannot break off. This is a beautifully crafted piece. It not only provides me with support for my arthritic hips, it is also an excellent self defense tool. A blow from this cane will be remembered! F around and find out, lol. I also love the fact that I am able to get what I want and need while doing a tiny part to help support Ukraine in their valiant fight for freedom and independence. I only wish our current government could remember that this is what we used to stand for and hold dear. At least I have a stout piece of oak to defend myself when the idiots come for me.

I just received this and wow! The craftsmanship and hand work on this walking stick is outstanding. The name of this stick "The Nutcracker" is perfect for this. It has a good overall heft to it but it's not too heavy really. Comes with a nice wrist strap, an extra rubber pad for the working end of it and the finish is perfect. If needed in a close encounter of the worst kind this could crack a couple of walnuts and leave them limping. I kept looking at the Asterom canes and was on the fence about the price but it's worth every penny. Knowing these are hand turned on a lathe and finished/stained that way also makes it a solid purchase.

Love the cane! I have a cane collection and this one is battle ready...If you use a cane to assist with your walking, it might be a tad bit heavy, but for looks it is a keeper. Can't figure how they get the wrist band to stay on the top of the cane, as shown, but the cord is functional and has the cool skull 💀. It was suppose to come with an extra tip...it did not, but I'm sure that it may have dropped out of the packaging somewhere along the way... I love the cane!

This walking stick is a genuinely solid single piece of wood and nicely finished. It is both better balanced and lighter than I expected. There is no bounce, no slip and no flex to the Nutcracker. I wouldn't call it a combat cane, but it will do in a pinch.I first considered the lanyard decorative, but it's incredibly helpful once you get the technique of using the round grip. If you have issues with your hand grip, as I do, this is much more comfortable than a standard cane handle, and I find it easier to walk with. Absolutely worth the price.

I've been using my cane since 2023. It's extremely well-made, and it looks awesome (people literally stop me on the street and tell me they like my style- particularly the cane). The handle is perfectly shaped, and I prefer the rounded "ball" handle to the curved handles you get with dime store/pharmacy models.Not very versatile- it was meant to do one job, and it does it very well: It's meant to help folks with mobility issues. It more than rises to meet that challenge. I had a full cervical fusion with 2 other areas of my spine they couldn't fix. At least I can still walk around, thanks to this cane.Maintenance: Since it's made of solid wood, it's going to show some wear after a few years. I was advised to use a wood wax to hydrate and protect. Buff it to a shine once it dries. I prefer Howard's "Feed & Wax", because it is made for all types of wood.Seriously, folks- if you have mobility issues, and require a cane, this is a no-brainer! 100% Would Buy Again

Un peu cher pour la simplicité de cette canne en comparaison aux autres modèles, mais bon dieu que j’adore ce fabricant de Canne! Belles, fiables, confortables… Elles sont simplement INCROYABLES! Ce n’est pas parce qu’on est contraint de se déplacer avec un peu d’aide qu’on doit se trimballer avec ces trucs horribles en aluminium qu’on retrouve en pharmacie!

A beautifully made great quality cane. I cut an inch off for my hight and it's great.I am quite a big guy and have quite big hands. The ball end is a tad too large to be perfect and could be a centimeter less in diameter.It's also quite heavy being solid oak. I'm only saying this as I think someone with smaller hands would find it hard to grip.Certainly, in this day and age, it doubles as a great weapon to defend yourself with.

Coolest walking stick could you ever own. Oh and also good for balance!
