I've been eating M.W. since i was a kid in SFO. Now that i read ingredients, I wish they would get rid of Soybean Oil and High F. C. Syrup. Both are not good for us. Do not substitute Canola/Corn/Sunflower (no seed oils). Avocado oil is great and virtually tasteless.

I've tried to part ways with this condiment, salad dressing thing that has followed me since my birth?! I remember having it in school lunches back in the 60s and 70s on/in everything from bologna and cheese sandwiches to egg salad and my mom's (show stopping) potato salad. My mom even added a squirt of ketchup to a few tablespoons of it to make salad dressing in a pinch (or not). What more can i say? It is THE quintessential flavor of my life! I even divide my people into 2 disparate groups-- you have your mayo lovers on one side and your miracle whip people on the other!! I've been eating it for the better part of 70 years, what do you wanna know?!
