The packaging is sturdy and prevents a damaged product. Putting it together was very intuitive and the instructions were clear. My vehicle is a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and I prefer my suction cup mount to the side glass, above the dash. That prevents interference with the sun shade.The arm is very stiff! This makes getting it into position a pain, but it also makes for a sturdy mount in use. Take the time to position properly before removing the plastic backing to the sticky suction cup.I used the brace piece, which rests on the dash to further stabilize the arm for heavy phones.My only gripe is that the arm is oval shaped and not a round rod. The support piece only fits in one way on the arm. To make the piece work, I had to twist the arm so it would rotate enough that the support piece would snap on to the arm. As mentioned, the arm is stiff and it was not easy, but the end result worked very well.Time will tell if this lasts, but the rachet clamp is smooth and the release button works well. If the mechanicals last, then this is a winner!

I had a favorite auto cell phone holder and bought several over the last decade. As they'd wear out mostly from hot in the summer and cold in the winter, I'd replace them with the exact same thing. Then they stopped making them.I switched to this model and knew I was taking a chance, but I find this design is much better and I'm delighted with it.The suction to the glass is excellent and I've had no issues with it.The design to let it rest a bit on the dashboard is probably going to wear on the dashboard material over time, but whatever. It helps the phone stay stead with no bouncing around so an easier to read screen and no noisy from the wobbling.I really like the top back button to release the left and right cradle. It's simple, effective and easy to get a phone out of, then back in place. Much better design than the one I used to like so much.Highly recommended, will buy again!

I would of given it 5 stars, but the 3M dash pad would not stick on my dash vinyl 2024 Highlander. The sticker was very weak. The same goes for the unit's little stabalizer, the same type of sticker. I decided to try the window. The electrostatic film was a worthless. The suction cup (without the protective film) stuck to it, neither of them stuck on the window. Ugh. So, I just stuck the suction cup to the window, without the electrostatic film. Walla! That phone mount is going no where! It stuck really good.👍 I still used the stablizer so it won't bounce while driving. Happy with the placement. I hope it lasts!

WORKS GREAT I BOUGHT A SECOND ONE FOR MY WORK TRUCK

This is my second time buying this window mount. For the most part, I really like these mounts for their flexibility and strong quality. Unfortunately, the suction cups will melt and leave a sticky gooey and very difficult to clean mess on your windshield. Also the clamp ears will break with repeated use. Fix these two issues and you would have a solid 5 star product.

This has worked out really well for me, holding my phone in place for four years now. The phone holder piece is adjustable, various phone sizes will fit well. It can be rotated 360 to use the phone vertically or horizontally.In the heat of the summer, a couple of times the sticky support became loose. No problem, really easy to reattach and firmly stick it back in place using the suction flip handle. When that happens, it is also a good idea to rinse the sticky part with cool water and wipe clean again the surface where it will be attached.
