Can this machine shapely chop/slush ice at all ?

Yeah pulse it the blades are so sharp will cut through ice no bother

How much dough will this make at a time please ?

Hi, The recipe book provided has a recipe using 200g flour with a 100g of fat. when we want a larger quantity we generally do it in batches of about this size as it mixes very well and it's easy to combine. We did try doing larger quantities but thought it mixed better doing batches this size and then combining. hope that helps

Hi, can this be used to dry grind/mill seeds and spices?

The instruction book says "do not perform grinding operations with the chopping blade assembley". Also " do not process dry ingredients with the chopping board assembly". However there is a dough blade which is plastic. I use that with dry ingredients, but I haven't tried seeds and spices. This is my first food processor and I haven't had it long, but I have made soup and baked cakes, and am happy with the results.
