Not what I expected.
I have never ordered these before and donāt know anyone who has. Based on the name I expected a more pajama-like fabric. No. They are thin, stiff denim. The only thing pajama like is the drawstring waist, which seems unnecessary. The sizing is weird: the butt/hip area is baggy, but if I went a size down the waist would be too small. Theyāll be fine with longer tunics, but I could not wear a short sweater or tucked in shirt. Hopefully they will soften up when washed a few times.

Very good quality.
These clacks are made very well and the fabric is great quality. But they just didn't fit my body. Their isn't enough stretch in the Waist Band, It is very difficult to get them over your hips. But then I am thin and they were to loose in the hips. just not enough stretch to the fabric.

Liked them - glad they come in XS
These are very comfortable and I'm glad I took a chance on them. They are thicker and more substantial than yoga pants or pajama pants (they would be too heavy to use literally as pajama pants). They look and feel more like stretchy skinny jeans. They appear to be a finely ribbed knit. If you look at them from 4 feet away or less you can see very narrow ribbing lines, much thinner than corduroy lines. I think it looks good given the color. The faded 'stone wash' look was exactly as in the picture.I will comment a bit on how they fit on me for the benefit of women who might be a similar size. I'm 5'6" and 110 ten pounds, have a mommy pouch (not a narrow waist), and have a relatively flat bottom. I'm not curvy or hourglass shaped, I have more of a boyish figure. I usually wear a size 2 (US) in women's pants, a size 5 in junior's pants, and a 26 or 27 in waist sized jeans. I have a 30-31" inseam. I chose an X-small and it works fairly well for me although just a tad loose. An XXS might work better, but I'm afraid it may be less comfortable and harder to put on (update: I tried XXS and it was way too small). The waist was a bit too loose on me in XS but I could adjust it with the drawstring if I wanted (I don't bother tying the drawstring since I don't tuck in my shirt). The waist is 2" below my navel. In inseam, I might have preferred 1 inch less but they don't touch the floor and the extra inch will guard against shrinkage. With my 5'6" height, they were about .5-1" longer than on the woman in the photo. The XS allowed me to pull it over my hips in 1-2 seconds. I wouldn't have wanted pants where it took me many seconds to take off and put on every time I used the bathroom. They are slightly harder to get on than yoga pants or pajama pants since less stretchy, but are still more stretchy than my other stretchy jeans that have zippers. The XS ones feel perfect for me on days I'm sitting a lot (since they are not constricting in the knees) but if I'm going out on the town I might prefer ones that are more painted-on. (Update: I tried the XXS, and they were so much smaller I couldn't even get them over my hips, XXS is like a 00 might fit a preteen only). On a person with slim or average lower calves and ankles, these are skinny jeans, not jeggings because there is about 1.5 inches of looseness at the ankle. In other words, they don't look like tights. With these jeans you would not want to tuck in your shirt because the top of the zipper looks fake and there is no button or belt loops to help with the realism. That is fine with me since I usually wear untucked shirts with jeans anyway. I think they should make another version of this with 1" higher rise that has belt loops and a button above the fake zipper, and that would make it practical for wearing with shirt tucked in.With my slender build, they were low rise but not too much so, there was no problem with showing too much (like a plumber) when sitting down. The best thing is the faded color which makes them look like denim jeans. All faded jeans these days seem to be more faded in the butt and thighs and the same is true with these, maybe that's the trending style but I would prefer a bit more even fading. So far they seem to bounce back and not become baggy. Update: after trying them on again just now, I do believe they have stretched a little to be somewhat bigger all over than the first time I put them on, but still not bagging unevenly in the knees or anything like that. They did not retain a chemical smell (which seemed to originate from the plastic mailing bag) after being washed. All of the pockets (front and back) are real and functional.Overall, I love them. I always avoided pajama jeans in the past because formerly they were only available in dark navy rinse color which I don't prefer in regular jeans either.

Second pair sized much smaller
I decided to buy a second pair, but the sizing is not uniform. First size large very roomy while the second one too tight everywhere like I bought a small. Will return

Love Pajama Jeans
I have been looking for skinny jeans that fit and are comfortable for probably the last 10 years. I couldn't possibly count how many brands I have tried on that didn't fit properly. Every brand was the same -- if I tried a small size, they would look good but be too tight in the waist to actually wear them. If the waist fit, the jeans themselves were too baggy and didn't fit like skinny jeans. I tried them in stores, I ordered online and returned them. Not a single brand fit me, and yet it seemed like EVERYONE has a pair of skinny jeans. Finally decided to try Pajama Jeans. Nothing is perfect -- some colors the sizing was different, some colors were too short -- but overall I'm thrilled. They fit like skinny jeans are supposed to, they're comfortable, and they look good. A miracle. I'm 5'6", 125 lbs, and in most colors I got a small, in one I needed a medium. I have five pairs now. Totally worth the price.

Great fit!
I have ordered a pair of pajama jeans a few years ago and still wear them. They have held up well and still look as good as they did when I bought them. I decided to buy a second pair to wear under my knee high boots. After the first wash the waist unraveled. I hope it is just a fluke in this pair.

I can't wear Pajana jeans anymore
Not sure what they've done to change them. My old mediums still fit, but the mediums I've ordered lately are too tight and the larges are way too big. Tried different cuts - it doesn't matter. I've worn Pajama jeans for two decades, but they just don't work for me anymore. Gave them three stars because I know they work for somebody.

Inconsistent sizing. Otherwise good.
Iāve purchased 3 different pairs of āblueā jeans - 2 bootcut and 1 skinny. I tried the sage green skinny pants and they were way too small. I purchased another pair thinking it was a fluke, but same problem. Had to return.

So comfortable!!
These look very nice. They are a bit more of a relaxed fit than most jeggings and look more like jeans than leggings. They fit very well and are figure flattering even if you are a bit curvy. But honestly I could care less what these look like because they are so comfortable I want to wear them all the time. The material is super stretchy and very soft. I am a bit curvy and they dont pinch or bind anywhere, and they are not tight, but also not baggy. It definately feels like you are wearing soft comfortable pajamas - but they look like jeans. If you want them tight you could probably go down one size. I wanted a more relaxed fit so I think they are perfect. I was hoping I wouldnt like them because I think the price is quite steep for jeggings. But they are comfortable enough that I dont want to return them.

Just okay
I regularly where jag jeans.Iām 5ā48/10 size Ending on brand sometimes I can wear a six but thatās in Jag Jean pull ons.I bought the Pajama jeans. Compare and possibly save some money. The pajama Jean fabric is very comfortable but the cut in the fit not so muchEspecially for a curvy womanās body. Maybe for a younger girl but not so much for me ...the waist band has a little like shoestring tie that sits just above the hip bone , they are just at my bellyButtonSo a horrible fit for any kind of tummy issues. I love the fabric, itās soft, and feels like pajamas, I just wish the waistband were different and they werenāt so long. But I did wear them with tucked into some vintage cowgirl boots and a long sweater to a movie... but My Jag jeans fit is just all around betterBecause I donāt want to be wasteful and they are comfortable fabric Wise, Iāll wear them around the house When I donāt feel like getting all the way dressed but need to get out of my pajamas....If you can afford it I suggest for women who have tummy issues and that gap issue that thing that happens above the butt that meets the waist ... I donāt get that with Jag jeans at all and I do still get that with the pajama jeans even with that shoe string tie which is very uncomfortable by the way ... I like and need a little extra help holding things together you know what Iām talking about. Jag jeans for me fit that bill.

The best jeans for looks and comfort; they are my favorite jeans of all time!
First, as a petite woman, I invariably have to spend a fortune on tailoring; even with jeans labeled as "petite". These are the first jeans to fit me perfectly upon arrival! The styles and colors vary from every day to dressy black. I am delighted with these, and so is my husband š¤©.If I could suggest one change, it would be to add belt loops. Otherwise, these are *perfect*!

so comfy and flattering and love the tie in the waistband
These pants fit me so well and look a lot better than I would have thought. The waistband fits flat and has a tie inside so I don't need to pull my pants' waistband up after sitting down.

Pleased with these
Iāve only worn them once but so far Iām quite pleased with these jeans. They look like stylish skinny jeans, but with a looser fit. The fabric blend is not traditional denim but much softer, which I like, especially since Iām spending much more time sitting these days. Thatās the same reason I started looking at pull-on jeans in the first place.I debated between these and the Jessica London ācomfort waistbandā jeans; I chose these because the return policy was more flexible (there is one, with free return shipping) and the reviews were more positive. I also prefer the slightly lower waistband ā I cannot stand the high-waist jeans that are so popular now!I think I might prefer an elastic waistband to drawstring, but the more I wear them, I may change my mind. These are comfy jeans, and I believe as long as my shirt covers the waistband, no one will know theyāre not ārealā jeans. (Unless theyāre PJ fans, too, and theyāll keep my secret.)

Not sure why there are no more 1X and above sizes available except in orange.
I ordered an XL thinking its the same as a 1X but it isn't. They don't fit. And there is not one pair of jeans available in a 1X except orange and I don't want orange jeans. I have been wearing pajama jeans for about 7 years now and the last year and a half - NO LARGE SIZES AVAILABLE. I guess these are now only jeans for skinny people, just like the ones at the mall. I'm very sad about this. I really loved pajama jeans and the way they fit.
