I changed from a stronger dose pill to a lower dose one and was worried aboit hormonal acne. Adding this to my daily routine really improved my adult acne. Much less breakouts and skin is clearer! My husband also feels less pain in his joints.

Have only been using the product for a week, but can definitely see/feel an improvement to my complexion.

I've tried a few skin supplements, mostly with combined hair and nail benefits and it was the first time I'd seen these. Don't let their bargain-basement label fool you - they're really good! I'm 50, still get spots and greasy skin, especially now I'm wearing a face mask more, but I've noticed that since I started using these a couple of weeks ago that my spottiness has decreased. The recommended dosage is two per day and this is fine. They contain marine collagen, so won't be veggie/vegan-friendly, as well as hyaluronic acid, vitamins C and E and the bottle contains 60 capsules, so should last you a month at their recommended dose. And I actually think that the plain lable is nice. There's no whistles, bells or over-inflated claims that they will make your skin look like pearls or improve your bank balance. They don't have a flavour and the capsules seem to be an average size and thickness. I recommend them and will definitely get them again.

I was a bit underwhelmed when these arrived- the packaging is quite uninspiring and the bottle was half full. However, there was a security seal and there were 60 capsules within. The tablers are quite big but I found them easy to take. There is a bit of a smell on them that is both a bit plastic like and flour like but this could be from the bottle. Either way, it's not offensive.I've been taking the recommended dose and after only 5 days my skin was plumper, fuller looking and less dry. Spots are smaller, fewer in quantity and less noticable. I'm really pleased with the results so far and will continue using. You get 60 capsules in a bottle and the recommended dose is 2 per day so this bottle will last about a month.I was given this product to try with no promise of a favourable review.

I’m really trying to look after my skin at the minute including sticking to my new skincare routine after reading Caroline Hirons book (which I would recommend!). In the book, she does also recommend supplements for the skin so I thought I’d order these and give them a whirl. Obviously I can’t say for sure if these have or will work to improve my skin - only time will tell but I’ll certainly update this review if I see vast improvements. My skin IS looking good, so that’s certainly a bonus, and these definitely seem to fit the bill and include a great multitude of vitamins that are known to complement the skin, though I would like to have seen vitamin D in there too (also very good for the skin, and especially needed if you live in the UK as natural sunlight is hard to come by, even in summer!) I do like how detailed the ingredients list is on the bottle as well as the dosage information. At 2 capsules per day, this bottle will give you a months supply and is listed at £7.99 - that to me is a bit on the pricey side, especially if you have to buy other supplements on the side (e.g. vitamin D). That said, I’ve personally not seen another multivitamin that includes all of these supplements together and if buying separately you would likely pay at least that price of not more. Overall great multivitamin and I haven’t had any adverse effects.
