The Twin XL fits an XL Cabela's cot. It was clean, brand new, and still works one week in. I had a Woolrich sherpa electric mattress pad and it had to be replaced within a year, per warranty. My opinion is that all of these are manufactured in the same way and all of them are vulnerable to break down. It's the luck of the draw. When the lights blink on the controller and it wont heat, the whole mattress pad has to be replaced- not the controller.

If you've only ever used a heated blanket, now is the time to try a heated mattress cover. You won't regret it! It stays on all night. Plenty of temperature controls. Quick heat up button as well. I love mine!

As noted in the title, my purchase of a heated mattress pad is the best gift I have ever given myself. I am 78 yrs old and find the warmth very beneficial for providing me with a very comfortable night's sleep.

I will never go back to a heated blanket. If your mattress is cold a heated blanket isn’t going to help. This mattress pad heats up your mattress and radiates heat to your blankets so when you crawl into bed the mattress and blankets are warm. Easy to use, waterproof and slips over the mattress just like a fitted sheet.

With today's prices this allows me to keep the heart down a little and I just warm up the bed before I crawl in it.

The pockets are very deep. I have a foam mattress topper and this fits over that and my mattress without any issues. I've been using for 2 months without issue. My bedroom has been cold in the winter for years, and this has made it much more comfortable to sleep in that room without spending thousands of dollars for better insulation.While there are lights that tell you what heat setting you have selected, you have to remember the orientation of the controller and where the buttons are at if you are trying to increase/decrease the heat or power it off in the dark.I turn it up to a 5 before I get in bed so everything is already warmed up, then down to a 1 for the rest of the night. If I were to buy again, I might look for one that had shorter or adjustable timer settings.

Survived me this winter and I hope have good quality can use next year because the previous one I got doesnt work for second winter

When you turn it on to do the pre-warm it five minutes later shut off completely and then when you put it on medium or hire it shuts off after five minutes of warming up it doesn’t have the automatic 10 hour shut off like it says

two weeks after I bought it, one side's controls stopped working. i called and was told I had to go through Beautyrest and them was told to deal with another company. I did all that (over several weeks while waiting for responses) and then was told i had to contact the third company JLACS in Canada. Have called and left messages by phone and email. They promise to call back after 2-3business days. It's been several weeks and no response.Now the other set of controls have stopped working.I now want a refund, but there's no one to get a response from.Lousy service.Fred King

Was so excited to get this item, and so disappointed when it didn't even heat up. Followed the set-up instructions, clicked on the preheat button, turned it all the way up, and waited about 30 minutes. Absolutely nothing. Will definitely be returning it.

I bought the above product November 28, 2020, this product came with a 5 year warranty.Late October 2021 the controllers started blinking and no heat. I reached out to Amazon who told me to reach out to Simmons-Serta who told me to reach out to JLA. I called and emailed JLA twice, all you get is we will get to you in 2 to 3 days. Its been a week since I called them. I reached out to Amazon and was told there is nothing they can do. I think this is absolutely wrong as you are selling their product and should be reaching out on your customers' behalf and letting them know that they need to provide a solution. What's the sense of having a 5 year warranty when you don't honour it.This product is defective.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this product! Looks like quite a few people had the same problem with it not working and again by the looks of the reviews the company wouldn't honor their warranty of 5 years! Well I purchased this product as well and within a few months the product was heating up right and before the year was up it stopped working completely. These warranties are nothing but a joke!!!! Never will I buy this product again!

I have a queen size, had to get the twin size for my son. We love getting into a warm bed in the winter. Can’t express how happy we are with this heated mattress pad! We turn them on an hour before we go to bed and turn off when we get into bed. Setting 3 or 4 is enough, 5 is too much for us. The queen size has independent heat on both sides so you only turn on the side you need warm.
