Terrific product
Loving my retirement clock. I put a picture of the mountains in there to remind me of what my future will look like. This clock was very easy to set up, good directions. Only 399 days, 2 hours, 51 minutes and 40 seconds left to work. :)

Simple to program.
I think it’s a nice size. The display is easy to read. I like that I can add and change any picture I want.

Works well, but not balanced and cheaply made.
The countdown timer works well and was easy to program; however, because the battery compartment is on the side and not in the middle, when hanging the frame on a wall, it doesn't hang straight due to the extra weight on one side. I had to tape some pennies on the side opposite the battery compartment to counterbalance it to get it to hang straight. Also, it's pretty cheaply made - worth $15-$20 at most so it's a bit overpriced.

Love this. Have it in my office displaying my countdown to retirement. The picture can be changed later to countdown for other events such as vacation.

Too many problems
When I opened the box, the item looked to be in good condition. Unfortunately when I put batteries in, I noticed that the lcd display was hard to read. Turns out if you looked at it from an almost vertical angle, it looked fine, but when you looked at a direct angle, it was fun and almost unreadable. I then programed it since it was really just for me, and I can see the countdown well enough. It worked for about a month and then reset to all 0s. Anyway good luck with yours.
