Very satisfied with these shoes
These shoes look elegant with my uniform and are also very comfortable. I have to walk a lot with them while at work and I also have to change altitude (airplanes) and they keep my feet feeling good. I'm not sitting as passengers do, I'm up and down the plane working. So my feet don't swell as much as someone who sitting all the time. However, I have already used them as a passenger and they still feel good. I must say, though, that I don't wear wide shoes. The fact that this is wide and fits great means that it runs narrower than other wide shoes. So consider that when selecting these shoes. I love the straps across the feet because the button they come with adjusts them to your feet and with a little pull you loosen them to take the shoes off. So even though I don't buy shoes online this buy turned out to be good.

Possibly run a bit short. THESE ARE AWESOME!!
My mom has a wide foot. Normally wide is not wide enough, so i ordered XWide (2E). Sometimes she can wear a size 9 but due to swelling a lot I ordered 9 1/2.Let’s just say, SHE IS IN HEAVEN!!!WE LOVE THE STRAP (boa closure system). We dont understand those who couldnt understand the strap instructions. It is so much easier than a buckle! When i ordered, it mentioned boa but did not show the pic on here.To open the strap, pull the strap button (where a buckle would be) out and you will here it unsnap. On the other dide of the shoe pull the strap up. At first it only looked like a elastic band about 1/2” long. Then I pulled again and the lace band came up about 3-4”!! (It must wrap in snd under the shoe). Slide your foot in, with or without the shoe insert. Go back to the ‘button’, push on it until you hear the ‘snap’ and then turn the button wheel (sturdy) in the direction of the arrow. This engages the strap that was pulled put and brings it closer to your ankle. Stop when it is comfortable. To remove the shoe, pull the button wheel out, you will hear it unsnap, pull the strap up on opposite side and remove shoe.WOLA!!! ALL THE DIRECTIONS ARE INCLUDED ON THE TAG AND A BROCHURE WITH A SMARTPHONE VIDEO!

Good quality, but just not for me
I'll admit I have an unusual foot that's long and skinny but wide around the toes. I was hoping that the extra wide width would be wide enough but unfortunately it's still tight. But yet when I order shoes that are eeee it ends up being too wide. The quality of the shoe is excellent you can tell it's well-made and the strap only took me less than a minute to figure out. I was hoping to be able to wear a semi heel since I usually wear flats but I guess I am stuck with having to wear flats.Would I recommend the shoe for somebody who wants a good quality heel? Yes I would highly recommend these shoes.

Return Window was too short
I ordered the shoes prior to going on vacation. I wore them around the house as recommended upon my return. I determined the shoes were too tight and want to exchange. I discovered that I was now outside of your return window policy. I would like your company to consider making an exception to your return policy due to my circumstance.

Best high heels for orthotics!
These are the only high heels I’ve ever found that I could comfortably wear that could also accommodate my orthotics. The toe box is wide enough that it doesn’t crush my toes as well. I don’t like the locking strap much, though. The mechanism is kind of goofy so I wish it was just a regular strap or closed with Velcro or something. I also wish it came in matte leather, but I’ve worn a pair of these many times now and have managed to not mess up the patent leather. I love them so much I just bought a second pair!

The shoe is pretty but uncomfortable
The shoe is pretty but uncomfortable. Also the customer service from Dr. Comfort has been terrible. I will never order anything from them ever again.

translation for "Extra Depth"
The shoe is beautiful to look at but an effort to wear. The adjustable strap is challenging to work so I will never buy anything with that feature again. Extra Depth means you should buy a gel heel insert to lift your foot a little bit because otherwise the shoe will hit your ankle bone. It has the look I wanted, but not the function.

Too narrow
Beautiful shoe. However, I normally wear a 10W and I couldn't get my foot into the shoe. I asked before buying how the fit runs and I was advised they run "true to size". VERY disappointed, returning item. :(
