Trash.
Total trash. This is plastic. If you turn it with a feather touch the part that sticks into the tank separates from the plastic top. Looks like metal, but it's plastic.... unreal.

Plastic and wouldn't fit without modification.
Diameter of cap mechanism was either too large or out of round and wouldn't fit in filler spout of IHI excavator as advertised. I had to take a grinder and resize the cap to allow it to fit. It seems kind of flimsy (plastic) but I suppose it's better than nothing and keeps rain out of the fuel tank. Considering a new OEM cap is over 100.00 dollars I guess I'll live with it and give it 2 stars.

Non locking
Fits well. Lock turns. Engages. But doesn’t keep cap from being removed. So really expensive non locking cap.
