Sizing guide is useless
Firstly these are a nicely made pair of slip ons. The major problem is the sizing guide on these, Blitz need to make it much clearer instead of just referring to a standard conversion chart. Just to give everyone a real life scenario for reference I am a size 8 in most other makes of shoe/boot. I ordered a large to play safe and they are still too small. So a size 8 is an extra large in these. I've never ordered anything remotely near an extra large shoe/trainer for size 8 feet in my life!

Nearly perfect but...........
Firstly let me say I love these shoes however. 1) I don't use them for martial arts 2)I Have trained in martial arts for 39 years and I doubt I would wear them for training due to their one biggest fault and my one and only gripe. I wear them for slippers/ house shoes yep because that's the way I roll. But by doing this I can comfortably say the inner soles are so loose I personally don't think they would be suitable. Now this could be removed I suppose and if this was the case I think you would need a pair that was smaller than you might normally purchase to ensure a snugger fit. However they are comfortable once you have poked down and back in place the rebellious insole and they do feel snug and are really well made otherwise.

Prefect for what I needed
Sizes need to be a lot more accurate. I ordered XL, they fit but a little bit tight still. I'm a 44/UK 10

Excellent value
Bought these dojo shoes for my martial arts training as bare feet are not now allowed on the mat due to covid. They are comfortable and are so light to wear with excellent grip on the soles, seem to be fully washable, all in all a good buy for the very reasonable price.

Ok but soles don’t last
Got these to train whilst I get verrucas treated, they’re ok but upset you balance when doin a side or round house kick, also a odd shape so can’t find sole replacements as they wear out after few month, but better than not training

Return to dojo must have
Our dojo has just reopened following lockdown and we are not permitted to train bare footed. These are absolutely perfect. Good snug fit but comfortable. Grippy soles ideal for wooden floors and flexible so you can make correct stances. Bonus is they're also washable. Happy with these. Sizing also seems accurate. I'm a UK 6 and the chart suggested I get a Large and they're bang on for fit.

Ordered "large" but couldn't get my size 10 feet into them.
Far too small for me. I ordered "large". I am size 10! My wife, size 7 can barely use them. Waste of money.
