I love love love this swing. It's really well made and stable. I saw a post saying they didn't like the cushions. I have no idea why. They fit perfect and are fit into place. They look great on the swing. It's so comfortable that my dog and I have fallen asleep in it together. The chair part came in four pieces but with it's on hardware to put it together. The stand came in four or five. I can't remember exactly. But the spring that attaches it to the stand is heavy duty strength and is easily adjustable for height. My husband put it together by himself in a couple of hours. I live in an apt on the 40th floor and it fits and looks perfect on our balcony. On very windy days I remove the cushions so they don't fly away. They do not have any strings to attach them to the swing.As far as weight I have had someone 230 lbs sit in it with no problems and people as tall as 6' 2". It couple probably hold more.I highly recommend it. It would be beautiful for indoors too!!

I saw similar "egg chairs" in my local garden store and after I sat in one, I thought, I HAVE to have one of these! Then I saw the prices. :-( But then I was obsessed and searched online. Still a little too much. Then I found this one, very reasonably priced and ordered it immediately. Luckily, I had a very engineer-y type friend put it together. SO many pieces and parts. And one part of the metal tubing was dented on the end and wouldn't fit into the other tube. My friend managed to straighten it out and make it work. I would have LOST my mind if I had to disassemble what had been assembled so far, to send it back. But now that it IS assembled, it is SO sturdy and comfy. It's a cozy nook on my patio, to gently swing and sway in to drink my morning coffee or watch the sun set. Every time I have a friend over, I insist they try it. They all love it!

I'm keeping mine out on the lanai. I live in Florida, so this chair will be used all the time. It looks very nice with rest of my furniture and it's my new favorite place.It came packaged very well in 2 separate boxes; seat was in one and stand was in another- it took me and my husband a while to remove all the wrapping and covering- they really well protected everything. Putting it together was easy as far as instructions, but one person would have a hard time putting this chair together by themselves for different reason- it takes one person holding 2 pieces together while the other is setting the screws/washers/nuts up. It took us about 1.5 hour to assemble it. Make sure you're at the place where you want you chair to be before the final assembly, since it's somewhat challenging to move it from place to place, especially through the glass door LOL. But once it's there, it's worth the time, money and glass door.

Very comfortable to sit. Rear portion of stand lifts off ground slightly with minimal swinging. Provided but and screw caps won’t fit and fall off right away. Very good chair otherwise

This is my favorite chair. We kept it in our living room and I enjoy using it to rock while watching TV and can easily turn to face my wife in her recliner on the other side of the room.

This is a well made egg chair, very sturdy with good directions. There are caps that go over all the nuts. A couple of suggestions to help put together. Get a 5 point bit for your drill that fit the screws that hold the egg pieces together, there are a lot of these and will take a while using the supplied alan wrench. Also don't tighten the basket screws until all have been inserted. The only negative is that the back cushion has no way to attach to back of egg, a piece of Velcro attached to the back of the cushion would have been a simple fix.

This is a very nice chair for the money. However, after fully assembling the chair, there is a key piece of the frame that was not welded in one corner. All other corners of the frame are welded in this spot, so this section must have been missed. This means the only think holding the chair together is the weak wicker. I don't anticipate that this chair will last long. Time and expense to wrap everything back up and ship it back does not make it worth it. I've contacted the company, and hopefully they will be able to send a replacement section. If the chair came properly made, it's a great deal...however it's extremely frustrating that they shipped out such a poor quality product.

I am very happy with this chair and highly recommend. Putting it together was a challenge, but doable. The chair is very well made and sturdy. It holds up to 350 lbs., so it is good for adults. I love swinging gently side to side in this beautiful chair. It is gorgeous to look at and does not detract from the view to backyard. 100% love this chair.
