The coating creates a deep, reflective gloss that accentuates the color and depth of the paint, giving your car a stunning, showroom-quality finish. Used this on my new (to me) car, and wasn’t that impressed with the results initially, other than it was much easier and quicker than waxing alone, but it really did impress after applying a second coat after leaving for a day or 2, as recommended. The paint work and other surfaces were in very good condition to begin with, and after a good wash, and drying off, I set to work. I found the first coat quite tough to work with, and took quite a bit of elbow grease to get a streak free finish, but that was probably my fault by applying too much solution. The second coat made a world of difference, by following the recommended amount to use, and using the solution more sparingly, and the paint work, chrome-work, wheels and outer plastic came up a treat! Moral of the story is follow the directions properly and just use the recommended amount, it really made such a difference. Time will tell on its longevity and effectiveness, but on initial use, can recommend for a good finish to all exterior surfaces.

My car was ceramic coated when I first bought it and I loved the fact that it was so easy to clean with my pressure washer. Unfortunately over the three years I've owned it lot's of the kids around here seem to use it as a target when playing games out in the road. It had developed quite a few deep scratches and dings just standing outside the house. so I decided to repair it. Even though the original ceramic coat was miraculously holding up I of course broke through it to do the repairs. The original coating cost a fortune and I was reluctant to pay out this sort of money again, so I was looking for alternatives. One big problem is that I don't have a garage or any type of shelter so doing a proper re-coating would be difficult as it needs to cure for twenty four hours out of the weather. I had heard a lot of negative and positive reports on this type of quick drying short term ceramic impregnated polish but thought even though it is relatively expensive I would give it a try. I watched a lot of YouTube videos and spent a lot of time preparing the paintwork before as in the positive reviews. It was a lot easier to apply than the negative reviews suggested as long as you keep a damp micro fibre handy to deal with the streaks and the result is quite impressive. Now I don't expect it to last as long as the the original coating but it definitely has been a lot easier to clean as the dirt just washes off with a hose like the original coating. In fact when I got my new company van recently I immediately gave that a coating before the paintwork had a chance to get dirty. I expect I will have to do it again to both vehicles next year but it should get me through the winter and I have plenty left as you don't use a lot. So although it is relatively expensive in the first place it is a bargain in the long run and even though it takes a lot of preparation I would definitely recommend it.

Really satisfied with effect. Water is sliding nicely and it lasts even up 3 months in good conditions. I'm always giving one pump per panel after a wash. When used on windshield at high speeds even wipers are not needed in the rain. The only downside is that if you use high alcohol content winter wiper fluid it will take off this product when used. Especially annoying if your fluid lands on your bodywork. However it is nothing unexpected.

I'm sure there are better ceramic coatings than this if you want cough up some serious money. But value for money is 5 stars, even if I have to apply it every couple of months. Barely used any to cover an Peugeot 508. Went on very easy as I followed the instructions. Washed the car, then claybarred it to get rid of contaminants, then washed it again to get rid of claybar residue, then dried it, then applied this. I found it easier to put a couple of squirts onto the microfibre cloth rather than straight onto the body work, then just rub it in. Do a panel at a time (or half on the bonnet and roof), and buff it off with a dry cloth. Left no streaks, and was very slippy to the touch. The whole process of washing twice, claybarring , and applying took 4 hours. First wash after it was applied (using the Turtle Wax 53340 Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Wash & Wax Car Shampoo), bird droppings and dead insects came off with out the need to use an extra remover, stuff just doesn't stick to it. Like I said at the beginning, at the price, and how long it took to apply I don't really care if it only last a couple of months. I won't need to claybar everytime to re-apply it. The car looks ace, and rain just beads off it like brand new again.

Was really disappointed with this , leaves a lot of streaks and doesn't buff up to a good shine .

easy to use good quality smells nice great shine

Excellent spray that is easy to apply. You can see the shine the next day, and it stays for weeks! It also smells nice, which is a plus when you're working with it! While it definitley does make the paint look good, I'm not convinced on the claims that it repels dirt. Perhaps it makes it slightly harder for dirt to adhere, but this effect definitely lasts less than the shine. If it rains, you can probably expect about 2 weeks from a single application. They recommend that, for a longer-lasting effect, you apply two separate layers, 24 hours apart. I've done this and compared it to a single layer and I couldn't see a difference in the shine or in how long it lasted. I don't know if that's because I didn't apply it properly, although I think I did, becuase the single layer seems to work well.

100% recomendable

Deze is makkelijk aan te brengen. Licht op sprayen en dan uitpoetsen. Hoe lang het bijft zitten zal moeten blijken.

I've been using this Turtle Wax Ceramic Spray on my black BMW X5 for years, applying it a few times annually. It consistently delivers incredible results and is extremely easy and forgiving to use. Perfect for any weekend detailing enthusiast. The hydrophobic properties are immediate; water beads and rolls right off the paint, making future washes much faster and easier. The gloss is deep and impressive. Quick Tips for Best Results: Prep: While a clay bar and polish provide the ultimate finish, you still get great shine and protection with just a wash. Application: I recommend two coats with a 24-hour cure time in between. Use plenty of clean microfiber towels for application and buffing. High Spots? Just use a damp microfiber rag to wipe away any hazy dry spots. Scent: A pleasant surprise as it smells great, not like harsh chemicals. I have zero negative comments about this product. It works exactly as advertised, offers professional results for a DIY price, and I highly recommend it. It's a staple in my garage!

*5.0 out of 5 stars – Car shines and makes bird droppings easy to clean!* This product does exactly what it says. My car really stands out now and gets noticed in the crowd. Application was straightforward and the shine has lasted around 6 months so far. Big bonus: it cuts down on dust sticking to the paint. Before using this, bird droppings were a nightmare to remove and would leave marks. After applying, they wipe off really easily with no hassle. I’d recommend this to any car lover looking for a good shine and easier maintenance.
