I really enjoy this product. It is a very approachable price (under $100) and it stabilizes your phone for video and photos very well. The app that Hohem provides for the gimbal has some very neat added features that give you some professional looking video/photos from your phone. It has a time lapse feature to capture various angle shots over a timeframe specified by the user. This is a very fun feature to use. The controls are pretty easy to navigate and you can actually set the motor speed so you can get smoother shots for dramatic looks or you can speed it up for sports videos. It comes with a nice little tripod that is great for those Zoom meetings on your phone when you need a stand that can be positioned. Or if you want to take that Zoom call on the go without making your coworkers dizzy watching your video while you talk. Overall - it has been a great product to use. The battery seems to last and everything is included that you need to make this an enjoyable product.

Amazon sent me a renewed one but the customer service with this company is top notch, they gave me options and worked with me to make sure everything worked out. Very pleased with the gimbal, it's super small and works great. The only issues I have is that the phone holder should be wider, I have a slim case on my S10+ and it seems not locked in super great. I also would have liked to use the gimbal in flashlight mode but it doesn't seem to do it, still playing and figuring out how to use it, especially since it didn't come with any instructions but they emailed me the missing information

Great starter product for me as a first gimbal. Fun features, like face-tracking. Not working perfectly all the time, but I've really enjoyed working with it.

This product is terrible. I got it in the mail about a week ago and tried using it for the first time a couple days ago. I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't connect and then I realized that mine arrived defected. It turns out even after being fully charged that I have to hold the power button down for it to stay on. Even then it doesn't control my phone and operate properly even though it's connected. As soon as I take my thumb off the power button it powers off and disconnects. Waste of money!

It's not working with Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra, yet. :( I made sure my phone is centered. I had the app installed, gimbal paired, and I can actually use the app. BUT, when I try some stuff like object tracking, the gimbal is not moving. I also tried the built in MOMENT mode and it's not working. During set up, I already updated the firmware before using it. I first used it with my iPhone XR and everything went well, but not with my Samsung Note20 Ultra. :( Maybe I need to try it with other android phones to conclude if it is an isolated case with Note20 Ultra. Hopefully updates will fix this.

I purchase this gimbal for family video shooting. I need to download an app in order to activate the gimbal. Once the app is loaded, my phone connected to the gimbal without any problem. Also, there are many useful tutorial videos in the app. It works great with my Samsung S9+. If I put the clips right in the middle of my phone, it hits the Bixby button. This can be avoided by moving the clips a little to the right. Though it misses the center, the gimbal still works great. It makes the video shooting much more easier. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I bought this gimbal for a birthday gift for my husband (for use with his iPhone SE) and so far we can't seem to register it to be able to activate it. There are no clear instructions on the app or the tiny user manual that came with the device. In fact, the screen it takes us to for registering is not properly built out, as it has a giant graphic right on top of the text, and zero fields or buttons to click to go to a registration screen. We've tried everything and it just loops us back to this page. So we called support and so far none of their instructions have worked so we have to call back and also email them. I purchased this gimbal based on reviews, but I'm left regretting the decision. Really hoping we get some better support and can turn this whole thing around so that it's all actually worth it.

This gimbal is built with good quality and very compact. Very easy to use and works great. It even comes with a tripod which you can detach when you don’t need it. They even added gesture control recently. Excellent product at a reasonable price.
