I was unable to use it and it took forever to be delivered and when it got here it didn't have all the pieces in the box.

The bench was easy to assemble, and is great for sit ups, or lifting small weights. I don't think this would be good for power lifting. But the price and value are good.

I'm a bit dissapointed because I thought it can be folded and put away. It is not that easy. I left it open so I don't have to go through all of that.
