NO!! I'M NOT GETTING ANYTHING FOR FREE/PAID FOR THIS REVIEW! Although if you want to give me anything I will by all means take it lol😂So I'm a 43 yr old woman & I've been taking these for about 8 yrs now. I take 1 every night before bed even though the bottle does says to take 2.I wouldn't switch to anything different since I've seen the impact it's had on my Skin! I seen Absolutely incredible changes after the 2nd month of taking them! My skin is more supple, glowing, hydrated & I have no more Acne or Rosacea problems anymore, EVER! You get your gut issues working like they're supposed to & your skin will thank you for it sooo much I promise! Your skin, no matter what is wrong with it acts the way it does because of your gut problems. Even if you think you don't have any, YOU DO!ALSO I HAVE TO ADD!!For the last 2 yrs now I started putting these in my face masks & Holy 💩! I've been asked by so many people that I don't even no where I get my botox/fillers or peels done at 😳 Damn if picking up a man was just that easy lol😂!TRY IT JUST FOR A WEEK, YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE! If you don't see a difference then send the rest to me 🤣!All I do is crack 1 of these open & add all of it to whatever kind of mask I'm doing that day. For instance I use Aloe Vera, Tumeric, regular honey since I'm too broke to get the expensive stuff🤫, yogurt, eggs just whatever kinda mask you use put it in there! And NO, I don't mix everything I just said above together at the same time, I just use 1 or 2 of them!If this can help just 1 person out there with there skin issues, then the whole hour it took me to write this will be worth it! 😁

I've been buying this brand for years. It has what I feel I need to boost my immune system. It seems to be the most compatible for me as too much tends to bother my tummy. Highly recommend this product and this brand.

The only probiotic I can use. Within just a few days of starting I can tell the difference in how I feel. Helps with bloating and overall gut health. I have used this product for several years.

Got several bottles for me and for my mom. We both liked them. They used to cost a lot less at Amazon, so I've stopped buying them and now I get another brand that is also better, for the price that these cost now. But I didn't find anything wrong with these and I would still get them if they were as cheap as they used to be.
