The only issue with this safe is the battery door. On the back of the door, there is a battery compartment cover. On a number of occasions, the cover became dislodged, loosening the connection of the batteries and making the keypad and fingerprint scanner inoperable. I had to use the key to access the safe and wouldn't want to have that kind of malfunction if I needed access. I wedged some duct tape over the cover and that seemed to work.

Sometimes you get a little more than you pay for and that is definately what you get from this safe. The biometric works great. The size is decent and I loe that it has a shelf.Hardware is included if you want to bolt this thing down. Instructions are easy to follow.Overall a great buy and I would highly recommend.
