Im 5'2 ans 145lbs what size should I get

The dress length will just be longer for your height. Based on the California Costume's size chart a either a Medium or Large, it will depend on your other measurements: Medium: Chest 38" Waist 29" Hips 39" Height 68" up to 140 lbs or Large: Chest 40" Waist 31" Hips 41" Height 68" up to 155 lbs. Hope that helps :-)

Will the medium work for a 5’3 and 135 lbs woman?

Yes I think a medium will work for you

If it does not fit can you return it?

Per Amazon regulations, we do accept returns and exchanges. We usually recommend that you select one size up from your regular size as most costumes do run small. Thank you for your inquiry!
