will it mix with water for a flavoring?

Yes it is freely soluble in water.

The title said this is a pet bottle. What does this mean? Thanks

PET stands for polyethylene terephthalate, which is a type of lightweight durable plastic often used in food packaging. I assume they list this in the title because the 1883 Maison Routin syrups are sometimes packaged in glass (also available on Amazon, I believe, but more expensive).

What kind of sugar does this syrup contain? Splenda, Stevia, etc..

The sweeteners in the sugar free syrup are potassium acesulfame and sucralose.
