Powertec Low Row Foot Plate Attachment

Powertec makes sturdy, well-thought equipment, and this foot plate is no exception. For me, it's a requirement if I want to feel secure when pulling heavy loads with cable rows. Trying to plant my feet while seated does not isolate my upper back as well as sitting on the floor and using the foot plate, so I'm very happy I bought it. The only negative being that there's nothing preventing one from assembling the foot plates on the wrong side of the base bar. If this happens, you'll be threading the locking pin from the left side (which would work out great if you're left handed). Initially, I put it together backwards and finally got tired of threading the pin through the left side, so re-did it to thread from the right side. Overall, a valuable attachment. I'm very happy with it.
