Q: Is there a weight limit on this

I am not sure but we go through two to three a season and still continue to buy them because we like them. My wife is around 240 pounds and I think that weight is a factor when they decide to split. We alsolive in Arizona where temperatures are over 100+ dry heat and that wears on them as well. Love them and will continue to buy them as they are affordable.

Q: What was the normal weight of the person that didn't experience it breaking

It can definitely accommodate 200 plus weight. I had one of these break last year from kids playing with it but I think eventually it breaks no matter the weight from wear and tear.

Q: How much does one weigh before blown up? Have to watch weight...

They weigh very little. Maybe a pound or so. We really liked these, but we purchased 3 of them and within 3-4 days all 3 of them had broken. The seat that you sit on comes detached from the sides, then it is useless. We had all sizes of people on them, and they all broke - so it wasn't dependent on the weight of the person.

Q: How big is the package when you receive it? Is it small enough to pack for a trip?

Not too big. Maybe 6" x 8" at the most..... and it's flat, so that would help too.
