I have horrible posture! It kills my neck/back/shoulders. I got this hoping for some relief! I sit at a desk all day and I have done so all of my working life. I hunch over the desk and within a few hours I'm dying of pain. It's so hard for me to sit up straight at a computer desk. This really seems to help!!! It is a little uncomfortable and makes my back a little sore (when I take it off) where it normally gives me issues. It's a good sore though. I can tell it's working and doesn't hurt that bad really. I've only been using this maybe a week, if that. It makes me sit up in the correct position and doesn't allow me to slouch. I can tell when I take it off how much it has helped. My neck/back/ shoulders feel so much better and relieved. (Even with the soreness which isn't bad and doesn't last real long or hurt anything like the normal daily pain) This also trains you to sit up straight when you're not using it because it makes you feel so much better that you want to sit up straight. I didn't realize how much I need this in my life!! Best purchase ever! It also helps my posture away from the desk. It is a little difficult to get it as tight as needed on your own. I finally figured out a way to do it though. I'm small. I'm only 4"11 about 100lbs. This fits me great and has room to tighten more if needed. I think it would work on someone average size also. It's has some pretty long straps and it's adjustable in a few places. I have mine tightened a lot but I was worried it was way too big when first opened so I think this is a great size for big and small and in-between sizes.

Bought to prevent a dreaded hump, noticed as I get older that I am slumping. Because I didn't know if this would really work didn't want to spend a lot of money so chose this one. It's easy to get into, nothing complicated, has brief pictures to show you how and you just tighten straps. I can say after a week of having put this on it is helping me to stand straighter after I take it off, so I can say that this really helping me with slouch issues. Comes also with 2 padded Velcro wraps that I assume are for shoulders so it doesn't dig into skin.

This product does work. Its not really supposed to be comfortable as it is supposed to help correct posture. The only thing I dont like about it is when you tighten it, it seems to get all bunches up under the arm pit. Unless I am not doing it right. I would recommend it still though.

These do help with correcting posture, but the brace itself lacks some structure. It feels like wearing the straps of a backpack.

Was skeptical about whether this device would help my lower back pain that is caused by my poor posture (hunched over). As soon as I put it on I got relief as the brace started to gently pull my shoulders back, relieving the strain on my back. Instructions said to begin by wearing the brace for 30 minutes per day to get used to it. It was comfortable enough for me to wear it for 3 HOURS the first day and every day after. Wear it over a t-shirt for comfort. The included armpit pads prevent chafing. Helped to have someone to assist when I put it on, to smooth straps. Am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend the brace and Seller to others.

The product quality is nice but since i am very slim it's a bit loose to me even though the size is adjustable.

Instead of giving comfort...product was NOT comfortable on wearing it.
