Do not think this will make a huge hoop because it won't. It's for a more full effect with two tulls that work on that. It fit perfectly on me, so choose the size you think you are, and it's great to give that little hmph to your outfit, dress or cosplay! It also came packaged in a way that you knew it was completely untouched before you touched it.

Just received this today and right off the bat i noticed some flaws. The fit is as expected, althought i do wish they had kept in mind to keep the back a bit longer so it looks even.Now for the issues, i noticed the stitching in some spots along the hem was low quality and not straight, making the area bunch up. Also noticed a part of the hem where the ribbon is coming off due to low quality stitching.Overall, i feel like i got a used or mishandled product, so most likely will be returning

I purchased this to wear under a Victorian style gown for Halloween and it's exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I got the Small/Medium. It's high waisted and is a tight but stretchy spandex at the top so it has the added benefit of smoothing the tummy and hip area. I don't know whether I'll need to wear it again for any other occasion, but if I do't at least I didn't spend much.

This is a well-made petticoat and I'm almost sorry it's only for a Halloween costume. I used to make wedding dresses when I was younger and this petticoat is perfectly fine for that use. Can't beat the price!

It helped create enough volume for my ball gown to not drag on the floor.

The perfect amount of poof for my drop waist wedding dress! So glad I didn’t spend the money to order one from the boutique ! It isn’t the most comfortable but I didn’t expect it to be. Overall great purchase !
