Wow. I washed it and it is now completely destroyed I have to throw it out. I am sooo mad about this because the description clearly states its machine washable. Horrible product don’t waste your money unless you think you’re never going to have to wash it. It’s supposed to be firm and now it’s like a towel. See the pictures.

Purchased this with a $2 off coupon here on Amazon. I just moved in to a new home with hardwood floors.I have a large 48"x32" dog kennel that I place my husky in at night to sleep. I had been using a large piece of cardboard under the cage to protect my flooring but with the dogs size (55lbs) he easily slides the cage and cardboard around just laying down.With the this no slip mat it hold the cage in place and protect from floor damage. Its a prefect fit with about 1" overlap on all edges of my XL size cage.

Not exactly the right dimensions from the product description, but it still does the job. Ordered the XXXLarge to put under an inside kennel for our aging dog... she has accidents that sometimes spill over onto the hardwoods and I wanted some extra protection and padding. Dimensions on Amazon product info show 32” wide x 51” long (not concerned with thickness). I measured the one shipped to me at 29 7/8” wide and 49 3/4” long. It is relatively soft, has an impermeable type base that seems non-slip, and looks to be well made enough for what I need, especially for the price.I’m assuming the loss of size likely from the manufacturing process and the binding the sides within the piping. I’m sure this causes some loss I’ve overall size. But a 1-2 inch difference is noticeable. It’s not as much an overlap from the kennel that I wanted, but not such a concern I’m wanting to go through the hassle to return. I’ll see how this works, as the price is quite reasonable.If there is an opportunity to review this products “performance”, I will update to reflect.

We have a dog with terrible separation anxiety who barks and drools in his crate when we're gone. I needed something to put under his crate that he could step on when he gets out and sit on while I dry him off and keep our floors from getting messy. This worked really well for that. It absorbed any wetness he had on him and nothing went through to the floors. My complaint is that it did not hold up well after 1 wash. The front part separated from the backing - it's like they're not even the same size anymore and the top is all wrinkly now. Our dog crate is in the laundry room, so it really wouldn't matter all that much to me except that we have to open and close the door over this mat - which now we can't.

I bought this mat to place underneath of a crate. We have an older small dog who gets very excited and pees while standing when we go to get him. I placed this underneath to protect the floors. Although it is the best solution I have found yet, I am still on the search. The urine penetrated the mat to the floor. It did not soak it, but there was definitely moisture. I originally bought it thinking it was a full rubber like backing. After washing I realized the backing is more of a mesh with a foam like layer on top as the layers sort of separated. Although the mat did wash fine and did not come apart, it did definitely lose some shape and does not lay as flat or as neat. I do think that this would make a great mat for inside the crate for the pups to lay on. Not too thick and could still sit dishes on top of and, would provide a warmer more comfy surface than the trays.

We have been looking for a mat of some kind to go under the dog kennel to prevent scratching the laminate flooring. Obviously we didn't want to spend a whole lot of money on just a mat for the dog stuff and I almost resigned to purchasing just a plain rubber mat. I ordered an XL, I think the cage is 2 x 3', so this was an almost exact size. The cloth is striped grays and the bottom could have more rubberized dots or something to really make it stick to floor but overall we are happy that it is not going to scratch our floor.

Until I can purchase an extension for my rabbit's cage, this mat has been used to keep the hay and bedding she flings around off of the carpet in my apartment (as much as possible, anyway) and it has worked very well for this purpose. I purchased the extra large size, and it fits perfectly beneath her cage, with a small amount of extra mat in the front and back. My rabbit loves napping on it, and when she was sick and urinated a bit on it, the urine didn't soak through to the carpet. The mat itself is durable, and has even held up to her occasional chewing on the corners. I will definitely be purchasing more of these in the future!

This is thick enough to protect my laminate floors without being to fluffy. The XXL fits perfectly under my XL crate (42"L x 28"W ) without much extra. There's about an inch of length on each end. It is exactly how described and there are little rubber dots underneath to prevent sliding.

Not worth the money and it is not non slip - my dog moves the cage easily.

Great for using under a crate if you have hard surface floors you want to protect. We have hardwood and the anti-slip bottom makes it so the crate stays in place and will not slide off the mat. Definitely recommend this product.

I am actually using this to cover the top of our puppy's metal crate - we have a medium sized Carlson Pet Products Crate - as it covers it perfectly and then I drape a breathable blanket over top - it works better than a crate cover for us this way.It is made to go beneath a cage or crate and works well when I have used it this way (I just prefer it on the top). It doesn't fit inside a medium cage (it is a few inches too long).For the price the material is pretty good, it is not necessarily a 'must have' but it is a 'nice to have' ... I would give it 3.5 stars

This is great, my one dog who manages to shimmy his kennel across the room and somehow manage to poop about the side and under the kennel can no longer do so. Great mat for wood floors, perfect size, vacuums nicely. Perfect solution to protect the floor
