My brother worked in commercial janitorial for years and recommended this product. It cleans fine, I guess, but I haven't been blown away with the odor removal success. On another note, the customer service for the vendor I purchased from was awesome. The first bottle I received was partially empty. I contacted the vendor, and they sent a whole new bottle and let me keep the first one too.
